This is an original 1918 black and white print ad for Belber Traveling Goods. Belber Trunk and Bag Company was founded in Philadelphia in 1889, and was financially very well-backed; thus providing the advantage of purchasing other related companies, some of which were allowed to retain their own company name, such as Oshkosh Trunk Company, Schmit Bros. and the Eagle Trunk Factory. The company was most well known for their Wardrobe Trunks and collapsable rope hangers.
